Guests receive pool/beach towels, swimming pool toys, and express check-in/check-out upon arrival.
Accommodation
The villa has five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a living room, terrace, and balcony on upper floors. Each bedroom offers ocean views, and the property can be accessed via key access with security alarms and smoke detectors in place. An outdoor seating area includes sun loungers and umbrellas, plus the hot tub is available for use past midnight. The gas grill is located on the ground floor, though the kitchen is two floors above, which guests noted as a layout consideration.

Late checkout was offered without surcharge for guests with evening flights, and the host brought tools for car service in one case.
